Role: Sheet Metal Fabricator / Fitter & Turner / Welder

Position Description
We are seeking a qualified Sheet Metal Fabricator with a Certificate III in Metal Trade to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their experience in the industry and contribute as an enthusiastic and valued member of a large, diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machinery with precision
  • Carry out sheet metal fabrication using a variety of tools, including lathes
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to support accurate manufacturing
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and work effectively as part of a skilled team
  • Consistently uphold the highest safety standards in the engineering workshop

Role: Electrician

Position Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Electrician to support the wiring and installation of electronic systems across our handcrafted wooden boat range. Based at our Sorrento headquarters, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of expert boatbuilders, designers, and marine mechanics, contributing to the creation of sophisticated, modern vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and wire complex electronic and electrical systems
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to troubleshoot and develop tailored solutions
  • Integrate contemporary marine technologies into traditional wooden boat designs
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safety-focused working environment

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in electrical work, including both low- and high-voltage systems
  • Sound knowledge of lithium battery systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for craftsmanship and marine environments—especially wooden boats
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take pride in excellence
